How are the watches made?
Our watches are handmade using lead-free solder and carefully sourced materials. Each one is crafted with a focus on sharp design, durability, and precision — no mass production, just real craftsmanship.
Are your watches limited edition?
Yes — most of our models are made in limited quantities. Once a piece sells out, it may not restock. It’s our way of keeping every design unique and collectible.
What materials do you use?
We use a combination of high-grade stainless steel, scratch-resistant glass, and custom detailing. Every watch is built to last — both in design and durability.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 7–14 days after the lead time. Since each watch is handmade and finished to order, production may take additional time depending on stock and materials.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the watch is unused and in original condition.
Cancellations before shipment are allowed with a 10% fee.
